Make a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for 10 min.
Grate raddish, add ajwain, chopped coriander, garam masala, salt and chili powder.
Prepare stuffed parantha on medium flame.
Serve hot with masala curd.
Keto Atta Ajwain Pooris Recipe:
Take Keto atta in a bowl.
Add ajwain, salt. Knead a dough of desired consistency and set aside for 5min.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pooris from both sides.
Keto Atta Cake Recipe:
Take 2tbsp of Keto Atta in a bowl.
Beat two eggs and mix well.
Combine atta and eggs.
Add 4-5 tbsp desi ghee and 3 tsp stevia syrup and ½ tsp baking soda.
Mix it well. Add milk to get a smooth batter.
Grease the cake mold.
Microwave for about 4-5 mint.
Keto Atta roti
Knead the soft dough by combing keto atta and water.
Roll out the chapatti from prepared dough in a rounded shape.
Cook chapattis on medium flame from both sides.
Serve along with vegetable or curry!!!
