Dessert lovers—this one’s for you! We have been talking about making this recipe for months, but somehow, once our sweet tooth goes away, we forget about it.
This blackberry crepe recipe is something you have to try if you find yourself missing sweets! These crepes are a wonderful dessert, snack, or even a decadent little treat in the morning!
We knew this recipe was a success when we left them on the counter and they were devoured by certain “non-keto” friends.
You can absolutely change the berries to whichever berries you prefer. We happened to have a container of blackberries in the refrigerator, and they made the filling the most gorgeous purple color (some of us eat with our eyes too)!

4 ounces cream cheese
1 Tbsp sweetener (we used Pyure)
1 Tbsp lemon juice (if you prefer your dessert less tart, start with a little less and add more if needed)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c blackberries
2 ounces cream cheese
Butter for cooking
Put 2 ounces of cream cheese and two eggs into a blender, blend until smooth. Butter a nonstick pan and pour the crepes to the size of your liking!
For the filling, put 4 ounces of softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add the sweetener and mix until completely smooth. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Mix. Add in your blackberries or berries of choice, and mix/mash with a fork.
Finally, fill your crepes and garnish with extra berries and swerve confectioners sweetener! Enjoy!
