I hope you guys get some helpful tips and tricks for weighing and tracking your food. I have decided to start tracking and really commit again! It makes such a huge difference when you actually track your food. Just by tracking I can think back to the year I have had since hitting my lowest weight… and gaining some back… that I have been over-eating (obviously). It’s good to track to really see how much food you really need to eat. I’m going to continue on with my lowered carb and dairy intake. Things have been going well this week! I love you all and thank you so much for the support!
