The perfect holiday keto food | Keto duck

In this video we are going to make the perfect holiday keto food. It is the amazing keto duck breasts. It is extremely easy to make and it so too good for winter holdiday occasions.

Keto duck
Ingredients:
2 duck breasts
Pepper
sea salt http://geni.us/2dnDdf

-You turn the duck breasts upside down and poke them with the fork a few times. You then turn them back and you cut into the fat as shown in the video.
-You spice it with a hint of pepper and sea salt. You do this on both sides.
-Put the duck breasts in a baking form. Then fill the tray with water up to half way up the duck breasts. Then cover the tray with aluminum foil.
-Put the tray in the oven for 2 hours on 200 C or 390 F. Check how soft they are.
-If they are soft enough then lift up the cover and set the oven to only bake the top and put the keto duck breasts back in for about 10 min to get the skin on the top crispy.
-Wait until it cool down and you are ready to eat it.
